Do you only advise on investments in Madrid?
The practice is based in Madrid, but Spanish transactions and cross-border matters with a Spanish legal core can be assessed.
Does Capital Europa receive or move client money?
No. Capital Europa provides legal services. It does not hold funds, act as a payment institution or provide regulated financial services itself.
Does investing in Spain automatically provide EU-wide residence or work rights?
No. Investment, residence and work rights are separate legal matters and must be assessed independently under the applicable rules.
Can you coordinate banks, tax advisers and notaries?
Yes. Legal work may include documentary coordination with other professionals and institutions, without replacing any regulated advice falling within their own professional scope.
